02 · Wholesale OrdersWholesale Orders

Wholesale-only supply

Sydney Oyster Princess supplies wholesale customers only. This website does not offer direct-to-consumer retail sales or online ordering.

Order confirmation

An enquiry does not constitute an order. Orders are confirmed only when we confirm oyster availability, sizing, quantity and supply requirements with you.

Minimum order

A minimum order of 10 bags (approximately 600 dozen oysters) applies as our standard minimum order quantity. Packing arrangements may vary depending on product, size and customer requirements.

Changes and cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order must be made as soon as possible and are subject to our confirmation. Orders already harvested or prepared may not be able to be changed or cancelled.

Quotation-based pricing

Prices are provided through quotation or direct enquiry and are not displayed on this website. Pricing reflects current supply, availability and market conditions.

Taxes

Quoted prices are subject to applicable taxes, including GST where relevant, unless stated otherwise.

Payment terms

Payment terms are confirmed with each order or quotation and may vary depending on the customer and the supply arrangement.

Quote validity

Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote. Quotes may be withdrawn or revised at any time before an order is confirmed.

04 · Product & AvailabilityProduct & Availability

Natural product variation

Oysters are a natural product. Shell appearance, size and meat condition vary between oysters, seasons and harvests. Product photography on this website is indicative only and may not represent the exact product received.

Seasonal variation

Oyster availability and sizing are subject to seasonal variation and harvest conditions. Wild Rock Oysters are available year-round with a peak season from November to March, subject to harvest conditions and commercial supply.

Supply availability

We do not guarantee continuous availability of any size or product. Availability is confirmed at the time of each order.

05 · DeliveryDelivery

Delivery arrangements

Delivery arrangements are confirmed with each wholesale order based on location, quantity and availability. Delivery locations, timing and scheduling are agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Exact delivery areas and schedules will be confirmed once the company's delivery policy is finalised.

Receiving your order

Customers are responsible for receiving orders at the agreed time and location and for appropriate handling of the product from receipt.

Delays

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, transport disruptions or natural events.

06 · Storage & Product HandlingStorage & Product Handling

Temperature-controlled handling

Oysters are maintained under appropriate temperature-controlled conditions throughout our handling, preparation, storage and transport processes.

Shelf life

Under appropriate temperature and storage conditions, live oysters may remain live for up to 21 days. Exact storage requirements should be confirmed with our team at the time of order.

Customer responsibility

Once an order is delivered, storage and product handling are the customer's responsibility. Customers should store oysters under appropriate chilled conditions and use them in line with standard food safety practices.
